Order Status & Account Information

Customers may monitor the order status as well as change or update their membership profile by login to the membership area, please noted that a shipping address cannot be changed once an order been shipped.

Returns & Replacements

iOutlet HK guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs. We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
